Sustainability and Cost Efficiency Role

We are seeking a skilled Sustainability Cost Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our projects are financially efficient while also environmentally responsible.

As Sustainability Cost Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sustainability-focused cost management strategies that align with our business goals. This involves conducting detailed cost analysis and providing recommendations to ensure our projects meet our sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sustainable cost management strategies that drive financial efficiency and environmental responsibility.
  • Conducting thorough cost analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings through sustainable practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cost management within the construction, infrastructure, or consulting sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability principles and their application in cost management.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver cost-effective and sustainable solutions on complex projects.
  • Familiarity with green building certifications and sustainable design practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in cost management, sustainability, or a related field.
