Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Social Worker to join our Mental Health Services team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide holistic support to patients with mental health conditions, promoting successful lives and addressing unique challenges.
  • Collaborate with team members to conduct assessments, sessions, and compile reports for the team's use.
  • Analyse living conditions, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations.
  • Support patients in setting achievable goals and improving their lives, adhering to legal frameworks and policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • A recognised qualification as a Social Worker with CORU registration.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar social care setting, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Skills:
  • Strong IT literacy and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team, managing deadlines under pressure.
  • Empathy, reliability, flexibility, and self-motivation are essential.
