Key Responsibilities:
  • Empower individuals as keyworkers, helping them identify and achieve personal goals in employment, education, and social inclusion.
  • Facilitate community engagement by supporting people to build friendships, access activities, and develop natural support networks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Social Care or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years in disability/social care (open to relevant transferable skills).
  • Full clean license (required for community-based support).
