Lead a Team of Care Professionals

We are seeking experienced and qualified individuals to lead our care teams, providing safe and effective care for vulnerable children, young people, and adults. Our care teams work closely with placement supervisors to ensure the highest standards of care, compassion, and professionalism.

\Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that professionals working directly with service users receive the necessary support, guidance, and care to provide high-quality services. This includes coordinating training programs, inductions, and regular professional supervision.

\Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related field
  • A minimum of two years' experience working in a Social Care or related role

Additional qualifications may include Psychology (Level 8), Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Counselling/Psychotherapy, Addiction Counselling, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Youth and Community Work, Family Support, Social Work Professional Practice, Social Sciences/Social Studies, Disability Studies, Early Years Care, BA Applied Policing, Higher Certificate in Custodial Care, Teaching, and Nursing.
