As a key business enabler, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of a new HR function across the organization. This strategic role requires someone with a hands-on approach who can also plan and operate at a high level to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR teams and developing strategic plans that align with business objectives. They will also have expertise in recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement. In addition, they will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  1. Design and implement a new HR function that meets the needs of the business and supports its growth and development strategy.
  2. Develop and execute strategic plans to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

The person we are looking for:

  • Has a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field and/or a professional certification such as CIPD.
  • Has extensive experience in a management-level role, preferably in an industry related to construction, manufacturing, or engineering.
  • Has a proven track record of implementing successful HR initiatives and driving business results.
  • Is a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
