The role of Food and Beverage Manager is crucial in ensuring the success of a hotel's culinary operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the food and beverage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
You will ensure that food and beverage operations meet quality standards, from preparation to presentation, maintaining consistency and adherence to health and safety regulations.
