Food and Beverage Manager Job

This is a senior-level position within food and beverage operations.

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for managing food and beverage operations to the highest standards in 3 busy outlets.

  • Manage food and beverage operations to the highest standards.
  • Lead a team of F&B staff, including attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising.
  • Implement and maintain service standards.
  • Oversee staff training, monitoring inventory and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop a successful partnership with the kitchen team.

Requirements:

  • Proven minimum 3 years food and beverage management experience in large busy hotels.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
  • Communication and leadership skills.
  • Up-to-date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded.
  • Hospitality qualification is desirable but not essential.
