Senior Food and Beverage Service Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Food and Beverage Service Manager to lead our culinary teams across high-end restaurants, bars, and events. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and seamless operations nationwide.
About the Role:
- Manage daily food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and banqueting services
- Collaborate with kitchen teams on menu development and quality control
- Maintain high standards of service and food quality
- Lead, train, and motivate food and beverage staff
- Coordinate weddings, conferences, and other events
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and manage stock control
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in senior food and beverage management in a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Strong knowledge of food service, bars, and events
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events
