Food and Beverage Service Manager

Join Our Team:
We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and managing daily operations with efficiency and style. As part of our dynamic pre-opening team, you will have the opportunity to shape the hotel's personality and make a lasting impression on our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations across the bar, breakfast, and grab-and-go areas to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Lead and motivate the F&B crew to deliver exceptional service with personality and pace, supporting them in their roles and ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, conducting regular checks and maintaining accurate records of cleaning, temperature logs, and allergen controls.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front office teams to ensure seamless service, anticipating guest needs and personalizing the experience wherever possible.
- Review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all F&B areas, ensuring all crew are trained on current SOPs and updates are rolled out effectively.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory F&B role, ideally in a lifestyle or boutique hotel, with a passion for hospitality and a love for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a self-sufficient mindset and confidence in making decisions and leading the shift.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic stock control processes, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service flow, and guest satisfaction.
