About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Services Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our luxury hotel as a Food and Beverage Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, cost control, and guest experience excellence across all food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Monitor and maintain high levels of quality and cleanliness across all food and beverage areas.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent guest experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
