As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional front-desk customer service, handling rentals and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced team environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences by providing accurate information, processing transactions efficiently and maintaining up-to-date contact details to protect company assets.
- Promote and sell ancillary products through a service-based sales approach to achieve monthly targets.
- Process rental contracts and related paperwork with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide customers with essential information regarding vehicle usage, including fuel type, toll procedures and roadside assistance instructions.
To succeed in this role, you will require proven sales experience, a full, clean EU driver's licence, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive professional attitude with strong customer service focus, high organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
