
Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Broker Support Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Wholesale Commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our broker network, ensuring seamless policy administration, and delivering exceptional service standards.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for assisting Account Executives with administration and support functions, including preparation of submissions, input of data, scanning of documents, issue of documents, mid-term adjustments, finance, and other tasks as requested.
- Liaising with Commercial Credit Controller on finance issues as required.
- Supporting brokers with policy administration, documentation, and system queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow good practice at all times to ensure the client's best interests are served.
- Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately within agreed SLAs.
- Communicate with underwriting and claims teams to resolve queries and escalate issues where necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Extremely well organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative, meet deadlines and work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Willingness to progress within the team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance administration systems.
