Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. Your primary goal will be to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our stores, making every customer feel valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.

  • A competitive hourly rate of €13.50 increasing to €16.87 per hour depending on shift worked.

A Typical Day:
  • Working in a high-performance retail environment.
  • Interacting with customers and addressing their needs.
  • Merchandising and maintaining store displays.
  • Cleaning and maintaining the store.
  • Generating sales leads for our fuel card team.
