We're seeking an exceptional BDR Manager to play a crucial role in our growth engine. As a key member of our opportunity creation team, you'll be responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching high-performing BDRs to drive outbound success.
Key Responsibilities:- Set clear KPIs and activity goals for consistent opportunity creation
- Develop and refine multi-channel outbound strategies (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
Tech Stack: HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sequencing tools are used to streamline the process.
About You:A seasoned leader with at least 3 years' experience scaling BDR teams from zero to one is required. You should have a track record of success in pipeline creation, managing high-performing teams, and driving revenue through quality pipeline generation.
