Director of Experience Management

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the production of experience studies to inform business decisions.
- Provide strategic data, analysis, and insights to support actuarial assumption reviews.
- Lead a team of actuaries and trainee actuaries, fostering their growth and development.
- Produce regular mortality, lapse, and claim experience studies.
- Integrate new reinsurance transactions into the experience study model.
- Actuarial qualification with 4+ years post-qualification relevant technical experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in experience studies, assumption setting, and actuarial reporting.
- Effective people management skills, with the ability to lead teams to successful outcomes.
- Ability to plan work, manage time effectively, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously to demanding schedules.
This is a one-year contract role covering a maternity leave. We seek an experienced actuary who excels in people management and thrives in fast-paced environments.
