Job Title: Customer Experience Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Director to lead our dynamic Retail team in Dublin, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences that exceed customer expectations through effective leadership and strategic planning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and leading by example with exceptional service.
  • Closely collaborate with the store leadership team to ensure clarity of business objectives is cascaded throughout the team.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of our brand and products to customers and the team, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
  • Engage in activities that support store operations and contribute to team meetings, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Support store management in team development and deliver team briefs, promoting individual growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience supervising a team and a strong background in customer-facing roles, ideally in premium or luxury environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and decision-making skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
