Job Description: As a Service Delivery Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service delivery team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team of professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university and 8+ years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
