Customer Success Leadership Role

The Senior Director of Customer Success will spearhead and scale the regional customer success team to deliver outstanding value, drive customer outcomes, and expand long-term partnerships across the enterprise and mid-market customer base.

This role demands a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of customer success or account management experience in enterprise software, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.

The Senior Director will be responsible for:

  • Formulating and executing the EMEA customer success strategy
  • Leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing customer success team across the EMEA region
  • Cultivating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborating closely with sales, product, support, and marketing teams to enhance adoption, retention, and growth

The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to lead and scale high-performing CS teams in a fast-paced environment, with strong executive presence and the capacity to build trust with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.

The role reports directly to the SVP, Customer Experience.
