Role Overview

The Staff Nurse/Enhanced Nurse role involves delivering high-quality, person-centered care, promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for those we support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Care Planning: Assess and plan individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each person supported.
  • Service Delivery: Implement and evaluate care to the highest professional and ethical standards.
  • Support Coordination: Provide complete and compassionate care, promoting optimum independence and enhancing the quality of life for individuals supported by the service.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide specialist care services.
