Senior Project Management Professional

This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership stakeholders.
The Projects & Governance Team (PGT) is responsible for providing multiple lines of business units with project management governance when executing initiatives that benefit the larger organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team that provides project management governance to multiple initiatives as assigned by the senior leadership team.
- Ensure timely reporting to project sponsors, senior leaders, and key stakeholders for each initiative, including risks, roadblocks, and escalations.
- Establish new initiatives with the team's agreed framework and assist the team in identifying scope and roles during the initiation of each project to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders for each initiative, as well as with indirect stakeholders such as HR, risk, CTM, and transformation office, and be an escalation point as needed, lending expertise and guidance as required.
