Academic Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the expansion of our academic cardiology department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Trials Management: Oversight of all stages of clinical trials from initial setup to completion, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Operational Excellence: Coordination of meetings, effective monitoring and reporting, and efficient data management to drive project success.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Building and maintaining relationships with academic institutions and industry partners to foster collaboration and growth.
  • Reputation Enhancement: Aligning research and education initiatives to promote our reputation for delivering excellent patient care.
  • Education and Training: Designing and overseeing educational programs for Electrophysiology Fellows and research students.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a clinical or life science-related field
At least three years of experience in project management
Strong understanding of the current Irish medical, academic, and health services research landscape
Proven project management and organizational skills with strong planning ability
Excellent communication skills
