Commercial Growth Leader

A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a seasoned Financial Leader to drive commercial growth and financial excellence.
This role offers the opportunity to combine strategic insight with operational expertise, influencing both company performance and financial management across various entities and divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly financial reports for all entities and divisions.
- Delivery of weekly/monthly financial performance metrics.
- Driving cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives.
- Partnering with operations and sales teams on commercial decision-making.
- Oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Management of working capital, including debtor control and inventory valuation.
- Oversight of month-end and year-end processes, liaison with auditors.
About You:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on approach.
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing people and processes.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across functions.
