You will contribute to our Brain Trust by sharing ideas across clients and collaborate with our Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist to achieve exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have experience in math, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, media buying, or related fields. You will possess excellent communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and familiarity with Google Sheets. Your passion for e-commerce and motivation to drive business growth will set you apart as a top performer.

As a Key Performance Growth Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and execute high-accuracy forecasts within a 5% delta to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Persistently drive business growth through precise execution of media buying strategies.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize productivity and maintain high-performance standards.
  • Apply best practices in media buying to achieve exceptional results.
