Key Role: AI Engineer

The purpose of this role is to join a leading Financial Services client's rapidly growing team as an experienced AI Engineer on a 6 month day-rate basis.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and deploy scalable AI/ML models and solutions using LLMs, NLP and deep learning.
  • Fine-tune prompts and models to align with user needs and business goals.
  • Integrate AI into enterprise systems and workflows.
  • Lead data workflows, deployment, testing and support for production-ready AI.
  • Collaborate across teams on product design, prototyping and continuous optimisation.
  • Contribute to strategy, documentation and market research.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Strong cloud knowledge (Azure, AWS or GCP) and experience with Kubernetes, Helm and Docker.
  • Experience building ML pipelines, deploying LLMs and working with large-scale data.
  • Solid computer science background in algorithms and software design.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and business awareness.
