About the position:

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Artificial Intelligence to join our research team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge AI technologies and their applications, particularly focusing on Large Language Models for question-answering and reasoning/planning.
  • Lead the design of solutions based on a thorough understanding of use cases and available technologies, guiding team members to refine their work.
  • Contribute to rapid and iterative development of validated software prototypes using AI technologies, benchmarking alternative solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Domain Experts, Data Engineers, and AI researchers, working with product development teams and partners to implement AI technologies.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning and/or Natural Language Processing.
  • 5+ years of industrial or post-doctoral research experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
  • Strong hands-on experience with language model technology, especially with Large Language Models.
  • Good mathematical and statistical background.
  • Proficiency in programming skills, specifically in Python.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, PyTorch).
  • Problem-solving ability, demonstrated ability to develop new algorithms and methodologies from leading open-source initiatives and research papers.
