Site Leads play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational excellence across pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. In this high-visibility position, you will be responsible for overseeing soft service teams and Utilities and Building Facilities Management (BFM) teams to guarantee GxP-compliant operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop site-specific strategic plans that align with corporate objectives.
  • Drive operational efficiency through effective facility management practices and process optimization.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators related to service delivery, quality, safety, and cost-efficiency.
  • Lead the Utilities and BFM teams in maintaining critical infrastructure to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Quality & Regulatory Compliance:
  • Spearhead client adherence to EU GMP, FDA regulations, ISO standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the organization during client regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Implement quality management systems and compliance initiatives for facility operations.
  • Maintain proper documentation practices throughout all managed operations.

Financial & Resource Management:
  • Develop annual site budgets, service delivery planning, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Prioritize cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
  • Optimize resource utilization across service teams to maximize efficiency.
  • Report on financial performance metrics to leadership stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals across multiple technical disciplines.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and talent development programs.
  • Manage performance review processes and succession planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Establish effective working relationships with global client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with account management teams to align site activities with client objectives.
  • Interface with client quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and R&D departments.
  • Represent the organization at client partnership meetings and strategic planning sessions.
