Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing first-class service and resolving their concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering outstanding customer service via various communication channels
  • Handling daily enquiries and complaints from customers and branches
  • Increasing customer satisfaction and retention
  • Enhancing website conversion through effective parts identification
  • Taking orders from customers over the phone when required
  • Logging all customer contacts into the system

You will have the opportunity to gain an overview of the entire business, with internal progression opportunities available.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities
  • Ability to adapt to different types of characters
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Multitasking skills are essential for this role.
