Job Opportunity:

A Credit Management Specialist is required to oversee the timely collection of payments from customers, establish new customer accounts and credit limits, and mitigate potential debt risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting payments from customers and allocating them to respective accounts
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer debt levels and striving to meet debt collection targets
  • Communicating debtor issues with senior management
  • Setting up new customer accounts and determining credit limits
  • Ensuring adherence to established credit limits and terms, including placing accounts on hold as necessary
  • Responding to customer inquiries and following up on essential actions
  • Organizing and managing dispute resolutions
  • Reconciling the cash book and closing off accounts receivable at the end of each month
