Job Overview

This role focuses on financial support and recovery for Small Medium Enterprise (SME) customers. Successful candidates will proactively contact them to provide tailored solutions, enhance customer relationships, and deliver comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess accounts to determine the issuance of pre-demand agreements to clear outstanding debts.
  • Closely follow procedures to close out banking facilities with banks and relocate accounts to the recovery process.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification such as APA (Loans and Regulations) or QFA is required.
  • Excellent customer engagement and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Prior experience in engaging with customers over the telephone is necessary.
  • Prior roles in a financial institution and credit assessment experience are highly desirable.
