Job Title: Debt Recovery Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our Litigation Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of debt recovery proceedings, both secured and unsecured. Your primary focus will be on drafting and serving court documents, instructing summons servers, and liaising with clients and external parties.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Drafting and serving court documents, including District Circuit and High Court proceedings;
  • Instructing summons servers and tracing agents;
  • Taking instructions from clients and providing regular updates on court outcomes;
  • Liaising with internal teams, including solicitors and administrative staff;
  • Assisting in briefing counsel and preparing briefs;
  • Managing a fast-paced workload and prioritizing tasks effectively;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
