Debt Recovery Specialist

The Litigation Team is seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Professional to join their ranks. This exciting opportunity will see you working as part of a dynamic team, responsible for debt recovery proceedings.
- Drafting and serving court documents, including District Circuit and High Court proceedings;
- Service of legal notices and other documents;
- Drafting statutory declarations and affidavits of service;
- Instructing summons servers and tracing agents;
- Drafting motions and supporting documentation;
- Taking instructions from clients and providing expert advice;
- Assisting solicitors with instructing local town agents;
- Briefing counsel and preparing briefs;
- Managing a high volume workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines;
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and defendants regarding court outcomes and next steps;
- Drafting letters and other correspondence;
- Contributing to departmental targets and objectives;
- Liaising with court services and managing communication channels;
- Managing incoming calls and emails from clients, solicitors, and defendants.
Requirements
- Previous experience in repossessions or debt recovery an advantage;
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
- Calm and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills.
