We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to join our Global TA team. This role offers the opportunity to partner with commercial teams in France and other countries, fostering deep knowledge of strategic categories.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building exceptional talent pools, leveraging technology and market insights to support various disciplines including marketing, sales, scientific affairs, supply chain, and finance.

Description Overview

This is an ideal role for naturally curious individuals who are excited by change and passionate about partnering with stakeholders to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will work closely with hiring teams, HR colleagues, and global TA colleagues to provide data and metrics, championing the 'One Perrigo Hiring' process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with commercial teams in France and other countries to build deep knowledge of strategic categories
  • Work with hiring teams, HR colleagues, and global TA colleagues to provide data and metrics
  • Champion the 'One Perrigo Hiring' process

Talent Sourcing & Screening:

  • Sourcing candidates using professional networking, job boards, industry contacts, and employee referrals
  • Representing LinkedIn market insights to hiring managers
  • Using multi-channel sourcing to attract and engage top talent
  • Shortlisting and pre-screening candidates

Candidate Engagement:

  • Managing candidate expectations and engaging talent throughout the hiring process
  • Ambassador of the employer brand, culture, behaviors, and values
Requirements:
  • Experienced TA professional with in-house corporate/commercial TA Partnering experience
  • Fluency in French and English language essential
  • Natural flair for building and sustaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Experience working across a global multi-cultural matrix environment
  • Experience using multi-channel recruitment and sourcing methods
