Accounting Expertise in Aviation Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled accountant to support a portfolio of structured finance and securitisation transactions within the aviation sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to take on a key role in managing cash flows, preparing financial statements, and budgeting for client entities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly cash reports and payment schedules
  • Production of quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Budgeting and forecasting for client entities, ensuring accurate projections and informed decision-making
  • Preparation of board packs and attendance at board meetings to ensure compliance with corporate governance standards
  • Overseeing outgoing payments and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, auditors, and other external parties
  • Ensuring timely submission of VAT and statutory filings, and drafting of board minutes as required
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and business initiatives as needed, leveraging analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) with 2+ years' post-qualification experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial services
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools, including consolidation accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proven analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a motivated, proactive approach to team collaboration
  • Prior experience in aircraft leasing or financial services is desirable, but not essential
