Business Operations Specialist

This role encompasses end-to-end support for the Global Markets sales and trading business, specifically focusing on equities across multiple lines of business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage order booking, allocation, and confirmation processes
- Process trade amendments, investigate exceptions, and facilitate resolution
- Nurture client relationships and align with expectations
- Support trade desks with ad-hoc queries and provide expert guidance
- Reconcile client execution and allocations to ensure accuracy
Essential Qualifications:
- Hold a relevant third-level degree or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in a client-facing financial operations environment within a financial institution is preferred
- Demonstrate knowledge of Operational Risk, trade lifecycle, settlements, and reconciliation principles
