
Training Support Professional

A highly organised and proactive administrator will play a key role in supporting the delivery and smooth running of Specialist Training Programmes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Training Manager, Team Lead, and wider department.
- Act as the first point of contact for queries related to Specialist Training Programmes.
- Maintain accurate records on database and training systems.
- Prepare materials including letters, emails, surveys, and reports.
- Assist with production of certificates, data entry, and general admin tasks across the department.
- Support coordination of meetings, events, and training activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Training Manager or Chief Operations Officer
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage high volume and variety of administrative tasks under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
