Cpl Healthcare is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Dublin City Centre. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide vital administrative support and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for employee and manager HR-related queries.
  • HR Inbox: Manage the daily flow of emails and respond to queries efficiently.
  • Recruitment Processes: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, absence management, and starter/leaver processes.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate HR files and update relevant changes.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with Senior HR Management to coordinate training programs and scheduling events.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide assistance to Senior HR Management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Related degree, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Experience in a similar HR environment, preferably in the public sector.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Flexible and proactive approach to workload, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
