EPS Group is seeking an experienced Senior Electrician to join their team in Cork. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of proven experience in the industrial sector, with a strong background in electrical control systems and commissioning.

The successful applicant will be responsible for installing electrical control systems, commissioning and testing these systems, designing and supervising electrical work on Water and Wastewater pumping and treatment installations with instrumentation and controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical Control System Installation: Install electrical control systems, ensuring they meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Commissioning & Testing: Commission and test electrical control systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Design & Supervision: Design and supervise electrical work on Water and Wastewater pumping and treatment installations with instrumentation and controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years post apprenticeship work within Water or Wastewater treatment industry or contracting.
  • Good electrical control systems knowledge & electrical fault finding in general.
  • Working knowledge of PLCs and general automation.
