About this Opportunity

This is a leadership role in Civil and Environmental Engineering. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in project management to lead our design team.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading the design team to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery
  • Mentoring and supporting the development of both senior and junior staff members
  • Preparing high-standard technical reports and tender documentation
  • Planning and managing design activities in collaboration with Project Directors
  • Ensuring all work complies with quality assurance processes and relevant health and safety regulations
  • Coordinating effectively with team members across disciplines
  • Managing client relationships and maintaining clear project communications

Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or related field
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in design and project management
  • Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong experience in engaging with clients and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in developing and managing project budgets
  • Energetic and driven professional with excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
  • Adaptable and collaborative, with a strong team-oriented approach
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and efficiently
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings as required
