Job Title: Data Insights Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our Research, Analytics & Data Science efforts. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at asking pertinent questions, uncovering hidden patterns in data, and developing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Our Research, Analytics & Data Science team utilizes data and insights to inform evidence-based decision-making across product development, customer engagement, and business operations. As a Data Insights Strategist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help us make sense of our users, products, and business using metrics and data.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with product teams to identify key questions and answer them with data-driven insights
  • Designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines
  • Developing key product success metrics, setting targets, measuring results, and influencing product strategy through experimentation and exploratory analysis
  • Crafting compelling data stories and sharing findings and recommendations across the organization

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience working with data to solve complex problems and drive informed decisions
  • Exceptional SQL skills and experience applying analytical and statistical approaches to problem-solving
  • A proven track record of delivering actionable analysis and insights that drives tangible impact
  • Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical) and a focus on driving business outcomes
  • A growth mindset and sense of ownership, innate passion, and curiosity
