Job Title: Information Systems Graduate

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Information Systems Graduate to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on various projects, utilizing your technical knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality results.

The Role:
  • Support the IT environment by troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
  • Gather requirements and analyze processes for systems that will be used across the organization or by specific departments.
  • Implement, code/develop, and implement applications, systems, integrations, reporting, and business intelligence.
  • Design and develop front-end interfaces to enhance user experience.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitor and improve application performance to optimize efficiency.
  • Support the management of content on various organizational websites.
  • Work on assigned IT projects while maintaining a strong focus on quality and deadlines.
  • Assist IT staff as needed and collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.
  • Liaise with relevant internal departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare documentation and reports as required to support decision-making.
  • Work independently while adhering to procedures and policies, demonstrating strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users to resolve issues efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold an accredited degree in Information Technology and demonstrate a strong commitment to software development.
