Client Care Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Care Supervisor to lead our team of home support workers in delivering high-quality care to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a caring nature, relevant health or social care background, and experience in client assessments and service reviews.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of caregivers, ensuring compliance with care plans and service standards.

You will also conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client needs and satisfaction, coordinate scheduling and allocate resources effectively, and maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance.

Servicing as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of caregivers, ensuring compliance with care plans and service standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client needs and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate scheduling and allocate resources effectively to meet client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • QQI level 5 (major award) qualification in a Healthcare related field.
  • Relevant health or social care background.
  • Caring and empathetic nature.
  • Experience within homecare/healthcare desirable.
  • Full clean driving license and own car required.
