Job Description:
  As a key leader in the dairy and bakery enzymes division, you will drive and manage the overall performance of our products. You will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to achieve growth targets, profitability, and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
  • Determine the optimal composition of our Finished Good Portfolio aligned to strategy and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Drive innovation and manage the pipeline for new product launches.
  • Establish efficient business terms to ensure competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Determine target margins and pricing guardrails to optimize financial performance.
  • Address margin enhancements through process technology improvements, plant transformation activities, and other levers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in management/leadership roles in enzymes with strong product and portfolio management skills.
  • Ability to drive change and growth of technology at a global level.
  • Experience working in a global matrix organization with strong influencing skills.
  • Resilient and responsive to setbacks and challenges.
  • Strong network established in the industry with a deep understanding of competitors and market dynamics.
  • Commercial experience with customer and market insights.
  • Project management experience with new launch management.
