Lead Sensory and Consumer Product Research

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in our sensory and consumer insight team as a key member of a leading global taste and nutrition company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global strategy for consumer and sensory insights that aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a global team of professionals, fostering innovation and excellence.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate sensory and consumer insights into product development, decision-making, strategy, and competitive positioning.
  • Guide teams in exploring new product opportunities, new models, and optimizing sensory experiences for consumers.
Requirements:
  • A minimum undergraduate Science Degree.
  • Extensive experience in leading sensory teams within a flavor or taste company or food/beverage CPG.
  • A global perspective and ability to matrix lead a geographically dispersed team.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to work within a matrix and achieve objectives through influence.
