As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our future.

The Role

This is a newly created role, offering an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the recruitment function at Homecare Solutions. As our Recruitment Manager, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent in the industry. You will work closely with senior managers to ensure all recruitment activities are fully aligned with the culture, values, and strategic goals of the business.

In addition to leading recruitment, you will be responsible for improving and streamlining recruitment processes and structures to support our ambitious growth plans. With ambitious targets for headcount growth, this will be a busy and fast-paced role, requiring a proactive and results-driven approach. You will also manage work permit applications for Non-EEA hires, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with senior management to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet ambitious headcount growth targets.
  • Process Improvement: Review, improve, and implement recruitment processes and structures to ensure efficiency and scalability as the organisation grows.
  • Work Permits & Compliance: Manage work permit applications, work permit renewalsand ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for Non EEA hires.
  • Candidate Experience: Create a positive and seamless experience for all candidates, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Employer Branding: Promote Homecare Solutions as an employer of choice through innovative recruitment campaigns and partnerships.
  • Collaboration with Senior Managers: Work closely with senior managers to ensure recruitment strategies and decisions align with the culture, values, and goals of the business.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and improve processes.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities, ensuring we attract talent from a wide range of backgrounds.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or growing organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including international hiring and work permits.
  • Mandatory: Previous experience in the homecare/nursing home sector along with a good working knowledge of OneTouch/Homecare CRM System
  • A track record of improving recruitment processes and delivering results in a busy, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, senior managers, and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a passion for finding the right talent.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
