We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to lead our Motor Trade team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of insurance professionals fostering a positive and results-driven environment.
  • Set clear performance goals conduct regular reviews providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Ensure efficient daily operations adherence to company procedures and seamless workflow within the department.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients addressing complex queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for growth contributing to the development of motor trade insurance solutions.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications And Experience:
  • Educational Background: A CIP MDI or ACII qualification is essential.
  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 8 years in the insurance industry with experience in motor trade insurance and people management preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in team management with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of motor trade insurance products services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
