Job Summary

This role is ideal for an organized and efficient individual who can work closely with a Director to assist with daily administrative tasks within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Director with day-to-day administrative duties, including phone calls, scheduling updates, and email management
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate packing and shipping of items
  • Meet with clients on a regular basis and make travel arrangements as needed
  • Handle the Director's expenses and other personal matters
  • Contribute to auction setup, viewing, and event planning
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in PowerPoint and InDesign being a plus
  • A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients
  • Punctuality and willingness to work flexible hours when needed
