Seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as a compliance specialist. This role will involve managing a portfolio of clients and providing various accounting services including financial statement preparation and tax consulting.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and review of sole trader accounts and statutory financial statements.
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • Assisting with tax and general consulting issues for clients.
  • Assisting with the general management of client portfolio and provide ad-hoc assistance as required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical, analytical and interpersonal skills, with experience in a busy accounting environment. Flexibility and team player skills are also essential, as this is a client-facing role requiring occasional travel to client premises.

Requirements:
  • Part qualified Accountant with +1 year's experience in a busy accounting environment.
  • Prior practice experience is preferable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility and team player skills.
  • A full, clean Irish/International driver's license is desirable.
