Job Role Summary:

The General Operative is responsible for performing routine production tasks in a regulated environment.

This involves operating machinery, monitoring production processes and maintaining accurate records. The Operative works as part of a team to meet production targets while adhering to quality and safety protocols.

  • Preparation of orders, processing requests and supply orders.
  • Operation of machines in line with production schedules and quality standards.
  • Maintenance of accurate logs of work carried out and adjustments made.
  • Maintenance of a safe and clean working environment by keeping areas neat and tidy.
  • Completion of all process documentation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a similar fast-paced environment required.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and good numerical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with energy and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools or equivalent.
