Operational excellence is key to our production processes. As a General Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth execution of routine tasks.

This position requires operating equipment, monitoring production flows, and maintaining compliance with strict quality and safety standards in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities include preparing materials and equipment, performing manufacturing operations, documenting activities accurately, and assisting in troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare orders, process requests, and supply orders; pull materials, pack boxes; place orders in the delivery area of the warehouse.
  • Operate Machines according to production schedules and quality targets.
  • Maintain an accurate log of work carried out and all adjustments.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat; maintain a clean shipping supply area; comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Complete all process documentation.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum 1 year of experience working in a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with energy and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools or equivalent.
