Key Responsibilities:- Recruit Top Talent: Utilize your expertise to source and place professionals in various sectors, leveraging our extensive database, social media, job boards, and headhunting skills.
- Build Relationships: Foster long-term partnerships with clients and candidates through outstanding service, insight, and a genuine interest in their success.
- Develop Sector Expertise: Expand your knowledge of key industries and trends to become a trusted advisor to your clients.
- Own the Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from job brief through to offer - ensuring a seamless, professional experience for clients and candidates alike.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year's experience in a professional environment.
- Education: Degree qualified in a relevant field is advantageous or similar HR qualification (Science, Engineering, Technical, or Business).
